Job Requirements
- High school diploma and/or general education degree (GED) equivalent
- Experience in office administration or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications and office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, vendors
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly, and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and refer dissatisfied customers to appropriate individuals
- Purchase supplies
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
- Operate standard office equipment including computer and copy machine
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record amounts received
- Make change and issue receipts to customers
- Approve new charge accounts and oversee collection of past due accounts
- Prepare daily bank deposit and cash report
- Compute customer bills
- Provide refunds and/or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or as directed
- Provide clerical and secretarial assistance to departments
- Open and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain professional appearance and neat work area
- Keep work area neat and clean
- Perform other tasks as assigned
