Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • At least one year of experience in a related role
  • Ability to sit and type for extended periods
  • Capability to occasionally walk, bend, reach, stand, and stoop
  • Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 20 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines

Job Qualifications

  • One year of prior experience in a receptionist or similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to operate switchboard and office equipment
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming calls utilizing a switchboard
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area
  • Greet vendors, customers, and visitors and direct them to the correct business unit or office
  • Provide support on small projects as needed
  • Maintain and update branch directories
  • Maintain calendar for board conference room
  • Prepare meeting rooms for setup as needed
  • Maintain and update general office listings
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
