Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of direct customer service experience
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Willingness to work extended hours during seasonal events
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Ability to stand and direct visitors
  • Ability to travel between regional locations
  • No licenses required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of direct customer service experience
  • One year of general clerical duties preferred
  • Working knowledge of office clerical methods and telephone procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred

Job Duties

  • Model excellent customer service behaviors in internal/external interactions
  • Professionally greet and direct visitors, clients, and guests
  • Answer phone calls and general questions
  • Connect clients with external community resources when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Manage and schedule meeting rooms for internal and external teams
  • Perform clerical duties such as signing for packages and assisting with special projects
  • Work with reception team to identify and implement customer support improvements
  • Monitor inbound calls to report public concerns
  • Participate in special projects supporting public health emergency operations
