Job Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience supporting an office
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • strong personal character, integrity, judgment and maturity in handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Job Duties

  • Front desk reception
  • greeting visitors
  • ordering and keeping track of supplies
  • handling mail and accepting deliveries
  • assist with various projects and tasks to support our busy office
  • answer client calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • assist with office visits, activities and events
