Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent
- two years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard
- preferably experience in a health care environment
- any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment

Job Duties
- greet and assist all visitors
- check in patients for assessment
- answer the switchboard and route calls appropriately
- accept and direct incoming deliveries
- provide clerical support as requested
- maintain the appearance of the lobby and triage rooms
- provide data processing services including entering patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- assist with various clerical duties and projects as assigned
