Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors and provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • Provide administrative support to facility personnel
  • Support business office functions including filing and documentation
  • Assist with recruiting functions and coordinate candidate interactions
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence efficiently
  • Maintain professional image and communication with residents, families, and staff
  • Ensure front desk area is organized and represents the facility positively
