Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- manage multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately
- maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- schedule appointments and manage calendars for internal meetings
- sort and distribute mail and incoming deliveries
- maintain visitor logs and ensure building security procedures are followed
- perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document handling
- support administrative and HR teams with daily operational tasks
