Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One month experience in a receptionist or administrative support capacity
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
One month experience in a receptionist or administrative support capacity
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Previous front office medical reception experience
Knowledge of medical terminology
Bilingual in Spanish

Job Duties

Greet patients and assistants with completion of registration forms
Verify insurance eligibility and benefit coverage
Accurately enter and update patient information electronically
Receive and direct clinic telephone calls
Maintain overall flow of patients throughout the clinic
