Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of related customer service and/or administrative support experience
  • excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • able to work independently
  • excellent organizational skills
  • computer skills with the ability to work in (and learn) email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • ability to multitask and determine prioritization of work
  • fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of related customer service and/or administrative support experience
  • previous experience in a corporate environment
  • proficiency with Google Suite including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • ability to work independently
  • strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • computer literacy with email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and checking in guests visiting the corporate office
  • creating a welcoming environment and positive experience for guests as the first point-of-contact with the company
  • supporting a variety of administrative, human resources, and customer service activities such as email, data entry, and projects
  • managing the front desk and ensuring it operates smoothly
  • coordinating visitor flow and handling inquiries professionally
  • assisting with special administrative projects as needed
  • maintaining accurate records and documentation
