Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of related customer service and/or administrative support experience
- excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- able to work independently
- excellent organizational skills
- computer skills with the ability to work in (and learn) email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- ability to multitask and determine prioritization of work
- fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of related customer service and/or administrative support experience
- previous experience in a corporate environment
- proficiency with Google Suite including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work independently
- strong organizational and prioritization skills
- computer literacy with email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Job Duties
- Welcoming and checking in guests visiting the corporate office
- creating a welcoming environment and positive experience for guests as the first point-of-contact with the company
- supporting a variety of administrative, human resources, and customer service activities such as email, data entry, and projects
- managing the front desk and ensuring it operates smoothly
- coordinating visitor flow and handling inquiries professionally
- assisting with special administrative projects as needed
- maintaining accurate records and documentation
