Job Requirements
- one year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or related field preferred
- prior experience dealing with the public regularly and ability to demonstrate restraint and professionalism in delivering customer service
- ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions
- ability to fill out forms, keep accurate records and submit reports
- computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- organizational skills
- good phone technique
- knowledge of basic office equipment such as multi-phone lines, fax machines, computers, typewriters, photocopiers

Job Duties

- accept payment or bill accounts for additional services from residents and employees
- answer phone and provide information or direct calls appropriately
- assist and direct residents to appropriate departments or personnel
- greet and assist visitors and prospective residents, provide brochures and collect forms
- help provide security by screening all visitors, guests, vendors, contractors, employees, and residents
- receive and send packages, distribute mail, and notify appropriate recipients
