Job Requirements

  • Three to five years receptionist or administrative assistant experience

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the clinical laboratory
  • Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive packages and process packing slips
  • Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival
  • Assist with delivering packages and samples to office and lab areas
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Maintain office equipment such as copiers and printers
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Help plan company lunches parties and events as assigned
  • Respond to inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Complete and document all mandatory trainings including annual safety training
  • Maintain office inventory and supplies
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
