Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and handle dynamic work settings
- proficiency with office software and phone systems
- strong organizational skills
- friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
- direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
- assist in sales functions assigned by sales manager
- assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- assist in accounting duties as requested by Office Manager, including filing, shipping, accounts receivable
- other duties as assigned
