Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a customer-facing role
excellent communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
strong organizational skills
positive and professional attitude
willingness to learn about padel and its community

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
friendly and approachable demeanor
familiarity with racket sports is a plus
proficiency with basic computer applications

Job Duties

greet and check in players and guests
manage front desk operations including phone and email correspondence
assist customers in the pro-shop with equipment and apparel inquiries
maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
coordinate with staff for smooth scheduling and event execution
handle membership inquiries and registrations
provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
