Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience as a receptionist or office administrator, or in a similar role
- proficiency in Windows and MS 365 Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask efficiently
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one Saturday per month
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Duties
- Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- perform day-to-day office operations including scheduling and updating records
- maintain filing systems, records management, and sensitive documentation
- utilize computer software, email, and in-house programs efficiently
- support various administrative tasks as needed
