Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience as a receptionist or office administrator, or in a similar role
  • proficiency in Windows and MS 365 Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask efficiently
  • availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one Saturday per month
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a receptionist or office administrator, or in a similar role

Job Duties

  • Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • perform day-to-day office operations including scheduling and updating records
  • maintain filing systems, records management, and sensitive documentation
  • utilize computer software, email, and in-house programs efficiently
  • support various administrative tasks as needed
