Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in receptionist or customer service roles preferred
strong verbal and written communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
proficiency with basic computer programs
outstanding organizational skills
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

Greet and welcome visitors and residents
answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
manage scheduling and appointment coordination
maintain accurate records and perform clerical tasks
assist with administrative support to departments
ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
handle inquiries and provide information to residents and visitors
