Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front desk or receptionist role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and voicemail transfer
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general internet use
- Familiarity with ten-key and office equipment (copiers, faxes, scanners)
Job Duties
- Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism
- Accurately take messages and route calls to the appropriate department
- Maintain office supplies for all departments and ensure monthly orders are completed
- Keep office equipment (copiers, fax machines) stocked with paper and toner
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and packages
- Process outgoing mail, including FedEx, certified mail, and other special deliveries
- Assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files, as directed
- Support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed
