Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage front desk activities, including receiving and distributing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as needed
