Job Requirements

  • 1 year or more of receptionist experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Answer, screen and direct all phone calls in a professional and friendly way
  • Meet and greet all visitors in a polished and professional manner
  • Manage staff movements in and out of the office
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
  • Maintain company calendar, manage conference room bookings and meetings
  • Organize company in-house lunches and catering
  • Order and maintain office supply inventory
  • Tidy and maintain reception, conference and break room areas
  • Handle and prepare outgoing and incoming mail
  • Ship and receive packages
  • Process correspondence, letters, forms, reports and various documents
  • Maintain various filing systems
  • Ensure faxes get to appropriate personnel
  • Organize travel arrangements including hotels and flights
  • Answer emails in Outlook
