Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must pass state and company criminal background and drug screens
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in concierge, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Assist residents with transportation arrangements, dining reservations, event bookings, and other personal services
  • Coordinate with local service providers for dry cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide information and recommendations about local attractions and amenities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring the area is neat and organized
  • Maintain and update resident and visitor logs with accurate records
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about community services and events
  • Assist with coordination and communication of resident activities and events
  • Support residents with minor administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and making copies
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages with timely distribution
  • Maintain inventory of office and concierge supplies, placing orders as needed
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of resident newsletters and notices
