Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Managing and organizing front desk activities
  • establishing interpersonal relationships and communicating effectively with customers and employees
  • assisting employees with special requests and acting as an employee relations liaison
  • greeting visitors and maintaining visitor sign-in using the Envoy system
  • issuing temporary badges for employees, vendors, and contractors
  • directing visitors and notifying company personnel of visitor arrival
  • following protocols to protect customer and employee privacy
  • providing event support including setup and teardown of meetings and corporate events
  • receiving and distributing incoming mail and managing shipments
  • maintaining clean and tidy reception area
  • assisting with administrative tasks such as property management ticket requests
  • supporting onsite meetings and corporate events
