Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Capacity to work with frequent interruptions
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Ability to train and lead volunteers and students
- Basic clerical skills
- Ability to coordinate scheduling and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Preferably 1 year clerical experience
- Preferably 1 year healthcare experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with office equipment and computer systems
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
- Communicate information clearly and effectively
- Train and lead volunteers and students as applicable
- Monitor volunteer activities and ensure proper information sharing
- Coordinate procedure scheduling and notify staff of changes
- Provide wayfinding and wheelchair assistance
- Perform clerical tasks and maintain office supplies
