Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more of receptionist experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to use office equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Answer, screen and direct all phone calls in a professional and friendly way
- Meet and greet all visitors in a polished and professional manner
- Manage staff movements in and out of the office
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
- Maintain company calendar and manage conference room bookings and meetings
- Organize company in-house lunches and catering
- Order and maintain office supply inventory
- Tidy and maintain reception, conference and break room areas
- Handle and prepare outgoing and incoming mail
- Ship and receive packages
- Process correspondence, letters, forms, reports and various documents
- Maintain various filing systems
- Ensure faxes such as bids reach the appropriate personnel
- Organize travel arrangements including hotels and flights
- Answer emails in Outlook
