Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of front-of-house experience with responsibility for operations and service delivery
  • Strong passion for creating the ultimate Databricks experience
  • Good communication skills and ability to draft office communications
  • Proven organizational skills managing multiple work streams and projects
  • Customer-focused attitude ensuring consistently high-quality resolutions
  • Ability to adapt to changes and remain calm in chaotic and ambiguous situations
  • Proficiency with Google Apps or MS Office with ability to quickly pick up different tools and applications
  • Financial and budget experience including sourcing, procuring goods or services and following procurement best practices

Job Duties

  • Maintain the lobby with respect to cleanliness, culture, and overall attitude
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees at the front desk
  • Support ad hoc questions and assistance requests from employees and visitors
  • Respond and resolve service tickets via ticketing system within set SLA
  • Plan and assist with internal events such as training, hack days, and happy hours
  • Oversee front-of-house activities including visitor and badge management, food and beverage deliveries, shipping and deliveries, and office supply management
  • Build relationships with partners, team leaders, HR, IT, finance, property management, and external vendors
  • Work on special projects as part of the global REW team
