Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
excellent communication skills
ability to multitask and stay organized
proficient in MS Office Suite
ability to work strictly on-site in San Antonio TX

Job Duties

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
maintain a clean and organized reception area
assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
