Job Duties

Welcome all visitors / employees and maintain check-in sheet
answer incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard and forward as determined
perform general administrative tasks to include daily mail duties, data entry, typing memos and correspondence
serve as an assistant for a variety of office functions as time allows
perform other duties as assigned
