Job Requirements
- Valid Louisiana State driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Preferred 1 year experience in medical office setting or medical office schooling with familiarity
- Punctual
- Able to work with minimum supervision
Job Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer service driven
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Able to multitask
- Preferred 1 year experience in medical office setting or medical office schooling with familiarity
Job Duties
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Direct inquiries to appropriate staff members or departments
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing mail or deliveries
- Support other departments with communication or coordination as needed
