Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- ability to keep information organized and confidential
- proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and Google platforms

Job Duties
- Responsible for managing and organizing of the front desk activities
- establish interpersonal relationships and communicate well as the first point of contact
- assist employees with special requests and act as employee relations liaison
- greet visitors and maintain visitor sign-in process using the Envoy system
- issue temporary badges for employees, vendors, contractors
- direct visitors appropriately and notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- follow established protocol to protect customer and employee privacy
- support event coordination including setup and teardown of meetings, lunches, and town halls
- receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- maintain clean and tidy reception area
- assist with administrative tasks such as printing and signage for events
- maintain package and storage areas
