- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage customer flow
- Basic computer skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible shifts including peak hours

Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- Communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes including Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Provide general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- Manage the flow of customers between check-in and the service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- Manage answering phone calls
- Inform customers about services
- Update customer records with contact information
- Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- Commit to work a flexible schedule including peak times
- Dedicate to great customer service
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
