Job Requirements

  • associate degree or higher preferred
  • experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front office operations
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
