Job Requirements

  • Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • Previous customer service or retail experience
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Availability to work 3-4 days per week including weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to work between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
  • Drug, tobacco, and alcohol-free workplace compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in basic office tasks

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls effectively
  • forward phone calls to other club extensions or voice mail boxes or take messages from callers
  • Greet members and guests who are visiting the club
  • Take dining reservations and print menus for the service department
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Collect and process member payments for the accounting department
  • Arrange and maintain member receipts in numerical order by membership
  • Fulfill members' requests, such as placing phone calls and holding letters or packages
  • Perform general office work such as filing and operating copy and fax machines
  • Maintain daily reservations for dining areas and special events
  • Turn on and maintain music for the building
  • Manage a lost and found program
  • Post daily events on the lobby TV using Canva
  • Work on special projects as assigned
