Job Requirements
- Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work 3-4 days per week including weekends and some holidays
- Ability to work between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
- Drug, tobacco, and alcohol-free workplace compliance

- Ability to operate telephone systems
- Proficiency in basic office tasks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with public interaction and customer service
Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls effectively
- forward phone calls to other club extensions or voice mail boxes or take messages from callers
- Greet members and guests who are visiting the club
- Take dining reservations and print menus for the service department
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Collect and process member payments for the accounting department
- Arrange and maintain member receipts in numerical order by membership
- Fulfill members' requests, such as placing phone calls and holding letters or packages
- Perform general office work such as filing and operating copy and fax machines
- Maintain daily reservations for dining areas and special events
- Turn on and maintain music for the building
- Manage a lost and found program
- Post daily events on the lobby TV using Canva
- Work on special projects as assigned
