Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as copier, fax, and phone systems
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to interact positively and effectively with diverse individuals including residents, families, and staff
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new software applications
- Physical ability to perform job duties involving standing, lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and twisting
Job Qualifications

- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Basic computer knowledge with aptitude to learn company applications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and twisting
Job Duties
- Directs residents and guests to the appropriate office, resident room, or activity area
- Answers the telephone promptly and directs calls to the appropriate party
- Provides clerical support to departments as assigned
- Copies, collates, and staples materials as requested
- Maintains files and assists with filing, typing labels, and other office tasks
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail and processes outgoing mail
- Maintains confidentiality in personnel, resident, and management matters
- Ensures work area cleanliness and safety
- Assists with bookkeeping and reporting functions
- Accurately maintains payroll and ensures timely employee payments
- Completes new hire paperwork and maintains employee records
- Handles accounts payable functions
