Job Requirements

  • Must pass drug screening

  • Must pass reference inquiry
  • Must be organized and dependable
  • Must have weekend availability
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must have basic computer knowledge

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to communicate verbally in a positive and professional manner
  • Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and to work cooperatively with other employees
  • Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions in English
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software
  • Must have related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job

Job Duties

  • Answer multiple line telephones
  • Pick up additional shifts if needed
  • Greet the public and assist with marketing
  • Cover other receptionist shifts as needed
  • Assist with typing, filing, payroll, distribution of mail, accounts payable, and personnel files
  • Attend and participate in orientation, training, educational activities, and staff meetings
  • Participate in quality improvement activities as assigned
