Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines and handle calls efficiently
- Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office suite
- Basic knowledge of office equipment operation
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

- Experience with multi-line phone systems and voicemail transfer
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance

- Familiarity with ten-key and office equipment such as copiers, faxes, and scanners
Job Duties
- Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism
- Accurately take messages and route calls to the appropriate department
- Maintain office supplies for all departments and ensure monthly orders are completed
- Keep office equipment stocked with paper and toner
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and packages
- Process outgoing mail including FedEx, certified mail, and other special deliveries
- Assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files as directed
- Support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed
