Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- associate's degree or relevant administrative training preferred
- experience as a receptionist or front desk coordinator, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and standard office equipment
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth upon arrival
- answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
- manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- maintain visitor logs and security protocols as required
- schedule conference rooms and maintain calendars for shared spaces
- support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing
- handle basic office supply inventory and coordinate reorders as needed
- provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure consistent front office coverage and support
