- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate entity
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Distribute invoices
- Order office supplies
- Distribute Web Request Leads to appropriate Account Manager or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform miscellaneous sales administrative duties
