- two years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard preferably in a healthcare environment
- willingness to work occasional overtime and flexible hours
- ability to work in person
- good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- two years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard preferably in a healthcare environment
- experience in hospital environment
- Microsoft Office knowledge preferred
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Greet and assist all visitors
- answer the multi-line telephone switchboard
- prepare and code daily receivables
- maintain the facility census book
- document incoming deliveries
- provide clerical support as requested
- assist with various clerical duties and projects
