  • two years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard preferably in a healthcare environment
  • willingness to work occasional overtime and flexible hours
  • ability to work in person
  • good interpersonal skills
  • attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • two years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard preferably in a healthcare environment
  • experience in hospital environment
  • Microsoft Office knowledge preferred
  • customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist all visitors
  • answer the multi-line telephone switchboard
  • prepare and code daily receivables
  • maintain the facility census book
  • document incoming deliveries
  • provide clerical support as requested
  • assist with various clerical duties and projects
