Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of work experience in facility or property administration in commercial real estate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of audio visual equipment
- Physical ability to lift files, open cabinets, and stand or bend as needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience in facility or property administration within commercial real estate
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, mapping and database software
- Knowledge of audio visual equipment in conference rooms
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting files, opening filing cabinets, bending, or standing as necessary
- Some college coursework in business, hospitality, or property management is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide general office support including answering and directing incoming calls
- Distribute mail and manage flow of correspondence
- Create a positive first impression by greeting customers, guests, and employees
- Provide necessary information, direction, and assistance
- Issue security badges for visitors and employees
- Coordinate mail and courier pick-up and delivery, confirm receipts, and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in facility programs with continuous learning
- Support Facility Manager and Coordinator on clerical matters
- Respond to basic client and general inquiries and escalate complex queries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Ensure compliance with JLL and client facility policies and procedures
