Job Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in a professional office setting
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- skilled at multitasking and managing priorities independently
- friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- answer and route incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and common area
- operate standard office equipment (fax, copier, computer) with confidence
- log and track visitor inquiries and incoming calls accurately
- receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
- support general filing and administrative tasks as assigned
