Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • answer and route incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently
  • maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and common area
  • operate standard office equipment (fax, copier, computer) with confidence
  • log and track visitor inquiries and incoming calls accurately
  • receive and distribute mail and deliveries
  • monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
  • support general filing and administrative tasks as assigned
