Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework
- Support the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) process by engaging patients as they arrive and ensuring comfort during their visit
- Schedule appointments to create a smooth and productive day for healthcare providers
- Greet and interact with patients and guests in the reception area
- Answer telephones efficiently and handle all calls with thoroughness
- Complete all daily tasks on the front office checklist
- Post payments to patient accounts in accordance with company policies
- Serve as the subject matter expert in the practice management system for patient registration, e-check in, and account accuracy
- Efficiently check in patients, obtaining necessary consents and notifying back office promptly
- Confirm all patient appointments as per office policies at least two days in advance
- Return and resolve patient messages from the Contact Center in a timely manner
- Participate actively in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other required meetings
- Understand business imperatives and how the receptionist role impacts key metrics
- Maintain professionalism aligned with the PDS Brand framework and company policies
- Support clinician efforts in patient education about the Mouth-Body Connection
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory bodies
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
