Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office software
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational and time-management skills
  • ability to multitask

  • ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department
  • answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate personnel or department
  • manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized
  • receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
  • perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • coordinate with other departments to schedule meetings and appointments
  • assist with other duties as assigned by management
