Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers and team members
- Above-average typing and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers as the first point of contact
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Perform various administrative duties to support branch operations
- Assist with accounts payable inquiries and expense reporting
- Process customer payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- Maintain organized records and files
