Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- minimum of 3 years in customer service, administrative, or hospitality roles
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- familiarity with CRM databases or front desk management tools
- ability to troubleshoot basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- manage visitor log and security protocols
- answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
- take detailed messages when necessary
- manage meeting room reservations
- schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination for executives
- handle mail distribution, shipping/receiving, scanning, filing, and data entry with accuracy
- provide information and assistance to clients, vendors, and employees while maintaining confidentiality
- ensure reception area and meeting spaces remain clean, stocked, and presentable
- operate multi-line phone systems, office equipment and software applications
- troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- assist with company events, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- perform other duties as required
