Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • minimum of 3 years in customer service, administrative, or hospitality roles
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • familiarity with CRM databases or front desk management tools
  • ability to troubleshoot basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • manage visitor log and security protocols
  • answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
  • take detailed messages when necessary
  • manage meeting room reservations
  • schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination for executives
  • handle mail distribution, shipping/receiving, scanning, filing, and data entry with accuracy
  • provide information and assistance to clients, vendors, and employees while maintaining confidentiality
  • ensure reception area and meeting spaces remain clean, stocked, and presentable
  • operate multi-line phone systems, office equipment and software applications
  • troubleshoot basic equipment issues
  • assist with company events, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • perform other duties as required
