Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one plus years of business experience in an office setting
- a working knowledge of computers including MS Word, MS Excel, database management
- demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, problem solve and possess effective time management skills
- strong customer service skills and personal commitment to service and hospitality
- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- strong keyboard skills
- must be at least 21 years of age
- CPR certification within 30 days of employment and maintain throughout employment
- ability to pass a pre-employment background check including criminal record check, drug screening and motor vehicle record according to company policy
- must be legally eligible to work in the US without current or future sponsorship

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and assist with contact person or meeting room
- screen and direct all calls to appropriate contact
- monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- manage room reservations and cleanliness
- manage parking validations and sign-in
- maintain break room including morning start and evening empty of coffee machine
- monitor emergency response system
- respond to emergency situations timely and efficiently
- follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- maintain daily log, records, and forms such as staff attendance sheet
- answer telephone, record messages and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- record sign-in and sign-out log sheets for tracking purposes
- receive incoming and outgoing mail for distribution
- ensure timely delivery of mail to appropriate personnel
- responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of office and kitchen supplies
- prepare agendas, information packets and other materials
- responsible for cleanliness of work room and maintenance of office equipment including stocking paper and supplies
- assist with Summer Enrichment Program
- draft letters, memoranda, budgets, and various reports as assigned
- plan and implement office systems, layout, and equipment procurement
- assist with meetings and workshops by preparing materials, reserving conference rooms, and arranging refreshments
