Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum one year of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Capability to sit for extended periods and move throughout the office as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- One or more years of administrative experience or equivalent education and experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and calendar coordination
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems including routing calls and managing voicemail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Demonstrated integrity and sound judgment
- Friendly, proactive, learning and service-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and team members with professionalism and warmth
- Manage visitor access, issue badges, and support building security protocols
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails to appropriate team members and departments
- Assist with department administrative tasks such as invoicing and check processing
- Maintain organization of department records
- Assist with formatting basic reports and sharing internal communications
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for leadership including room bookings and calendar invites
- Assist with office supply inventory and place orders
- Occasionally assist with mailroom duties
- Foster strong communication and collaborative working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and customers
