Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum one year of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook skills
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
  • Capability to sit for extended periods and move throughout the office as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • One or more years of administrative experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems including routing calls and managing voicemail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Demonstrated integrity and sound judgment
  • Friendly, proactive, learning and service-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and team members with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage visitor access, issue badges, and support building security protocols
  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails to appropriate team members and departments
  • Assist with department administrative tasks such as invoicing and check processing
  • Maintain organization of department records
  • Assist with formatting basic reports and sharing internal communications
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for leadership including room bookings and calendar invites
  • Assist with office supply inventory and place orders
  • Occasionally assist with mailroom duties
  • Foster strong communication and collaborative working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and customers
