High school diploma or GED equivalent
must be at least 18 years of age

basic computer knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
passion to serve seniors
good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
self-motivated and organized
neat, professional, and courteous manner and appearance
able to respond appropriately and quickly to needs of residents, guests, team members, and vendors
able to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies

Job Duties

Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
build the community's reputation through incredible customer service
perform a variety of clerical duties as assigned
work closely with residents, family members, and guests to ensure satisfaction
assist in creating a warm and loving environment for community residents
foster a culture of compassion and person-centered care
help keep the building and grounds clean and attractive
organize incoming mail and distribute to appropriate persons
be flexible with other duties as assigned
