Job Duties

  • Warmly greet customers
  • Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, Online Check-in and Wait Time Monitor
  • Process transactions and issue receipts
  • Have general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
  • Manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
  • Manage answering phone
  • Inform customers about services
  • Update customer records with contact information
  • Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
  • Commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
  • Dedicate to great customer service
  • Work efficiently and effectively to resolve customer issues
