Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
previous receptionist experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills
excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
ability to operate a multi-line phone system
basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
strong organizational skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple tasks and demands

Job Duties

Greet customers, vendors and guests
determine the purpose of each person's visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location
answer, screen and direct phone calls to staff
take messages as necessary
receive and distribute mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries
perform administrative and clerical support tasks
provide support for inventory clerk and supporting team with scanning and uploading of new unit documents and photos
perform additional duties as assigned
