Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and speak English
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends, holidays, and peak golf seasons
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to use personal computer and general office equipment
- Good organizational skills

Job Duties
- Meets and greets all visitors in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner
- Assists guests, visitors, and associates with inquiries and directions
- Assists with any guest inquiries, answers incoming telephone calls, forwards call to the appropriate party, or takes a message
- Provides clerical support to the department including typing, copying, filing, composing routine correspondence, and preparation of outgoing mail
- Sorts incoming mail for the department(s)
- May order office supplies
- Receives and helps organize to-go orders and dining reservations, to include billing in the POS
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required
