Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Flexible schedule including availability on weekends, holidays, and peak golf seasons
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to use personal computer and general office equipment
  • Good organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to multitask and handle clerical responsibilities efficiently

Job Duties

  • Meets and greets all visitors in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner
  • Assists guests, visitors, and associates with inquiries and directions
  • Assists with any guest inquiries, answers incoming telephone calls, forwards call to the appropriate party, or takes a message
  • Provides clerical support to the department including typing, copying, filing, composing routine correspondence, and preparation of outgoing mail
  • Sorts incoming mail for the department(s)
  • May order office supplies
  • Receives and helps organize to-go orders and dining reservations, to include billing in the POS
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Performs other duties as required
