Job Requirements
- Three or more years’ experience in customer-facing, office management, administration, hospitality or facilities coordination role preferably in a corporate office setting
- professional appearance and demeanor
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to adapt quickly and professionally to different workplace environments
- comfortable with frequent movement between floors and varied daily assignments
- strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Provide coverage across all reception desks in the office, ensuring continuity of service and a high standard of hospitality
- greet and welcome employees, visitors, clients, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness
- answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteously
- manage visitor preclearance and entry procedures according to security protocols
- maintain the appearance and functionality of each front desk area and surrounding common spaces
- assist with scheduling conference rooms and booking office space
- communicate with Facilities and IT teams to report and resolve issues (maintenance, AV support, etc.)
- provide ad hoc support to other teams when required
