Job Requirements

  • Three or more years’ experience in customer-facing, office management, administration, hospitality or facilities coordination role preferably in a corporate office setting
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to adapt quickly and professionally to different workplace environments
  • comfortable with frequent movement between floors and varied daily assignments
  • strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide coverage across all reception desks in the office, ensuring continuity of service and a high standard of hospitality
  • greet and welcome employees, visitors, clients, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness
  • answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteously
  • manage visitor preclearance and entry procedures according to security protocols
  • maintain the appearance and functionality of each front desk area and surrounding common spaces
  • assist with scheduling conference rooms and booking office space
  • communicate with Facilities and IT teams to report and resolve issues (maintenance, AV support, etc.)
  • provide ad hoc support to other teams when required
