Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • familiarity with HIPAA compliance
  • basic computer literacy
  • dependable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and family members as they come in
  • answer phones and use judgment to transfer calls or locate key leadership as requested
  • maintain a current guest file by room number
  • provide administrative and admissions support
  • provide recruiting support
  • provide billing support
  • comply with HIPAA laws
