- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- familiarity with HIPAA compliance
- basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- Greet guests and family members as they come in
- answer phones and use judgment to transfer calls or locate key leadership as requested
- maintain a current guest file by room number
- provide administrative and admissions support
- provide recruiting support
- provide billing support
- comply with HIPAA laws
